Cary Silahian

Registered In-House Counsel / Assistant General Counsel

Mr. Silahian joined Eurus Energy America in August 2017 as Senior Counsel. He supports all aspects of Eurus Energy’s internal legal affairs, including business development, commercial operations and maintenance, corporate governance and infrastructure, construction and procurement and regulatory related issues.

Prior to joining Eurus Energy, Mr. Silahian, was Director of Origination for Shell Energy North America, where he negotiated and managed a diverse portfolio of power, natural gas and renewable energy related transactions. He has more than 19 years of experience in the energy sector, including serving as General Counsel for Texas International Gas & Oil Company and Senior Counsel with Sempra Energy.

Mr. Silahian graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Southern California. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law.
