A key player in this never-ending journey is the Senior Operations Engineer: an engineer who can promote the safety culture of EEA; lead the resolution of all technical matters for EEA owned assets for the generation technology and balance of plant facilities; work with a performance analyst to develop actionable intel to resolve operational issues and improve the performance of the assets; implement, coordinate, and manage all engineering, technical and commercial related consultants providing such services to the assets; and ensure warranty technical and commercial obligations and tests are performed and meet the requirements in accordance with the appropriate agreements for the assets.

EEA is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to join our operations and asset management team in the U.S. The position reports to the Assistant VP of Operations and works within a team of operations and performance engineers to support the safe and reliable operation of utility-scale wind and solar energy assets in North and South America. The EEA operations and asset management group has been expanding and evolving to take increasingly active roles in the management, fiduciary, and performance responsibility of its assets since 2013. EEA has been involved in the U.S. renewables sector since the late 1980s, formerly as Tomen Power, and as EEA since 2002, and is a subsidiary of Eurus Energy Holdings (EEH) located in Tokyo, Japan. In addition to EEA, EEH has assets in Asia and Europe, with a total global portfolio of approximately 2800 MW.
