Eurus Energy America’s Waianae Solar Facility Achieves Commercial Operation

EE Waianae Solar Project LLC, an affiliate of Eurus Energy America Corporation, has begun commercial operation of the largest solar photovoltaic (PV) generating facility in Hawaii, the 27.6-megawatt Waianae Solar Project on the island of Oahu. The facility was developed by Eurus Energy America and is owned jointly by affiliates of Eurus and Toyota Tsusho America Inc. Power from the facility will be sold to Hawaiian Electric Company under a 22-year power purchase agreement approved by the Hawaii Public Utilities Commission.... Full Release >>
Florida II Wind Project Commissioning

Akuo Energy (“AKUO”), the leading French IPP in renewable energy, and Eurus Energy America Corporation (“EURUS”), the Toyota Tsusho Corporation subsidiary responsible for renewable energy investment in the Americas, today announced the successful commissioning of Florida II, a 50 MW wind farm in Uruguay of which they are joint shareholders. Waianae Solar Project Construction Financing

Eurus Energy America is pleased to announce that construction financing is complete and construction will begin on the 27.6-MW Waianae Solar photovoltaic (PV) facility. Waianae Solar is planned to achieve commercial operation by the end of 2016 supplying energy to the Hawaiian Electric grid. On completion, Waianae Solar will be one of the largest PV projects in the Hawaiian Islands, advancing the State’s progress toward the target of 100% renewable power generation by 2045.... Florida II Wind Project Financing

Akuo Energy, the leading French independent renewable energy power producer, today announces that it has completed the entire financing of its Florida II 50 MW wind farm project in Uruguay in record time, with KfW IPEX-Bank and EKF for the senior debt and Eurus as its partner in the equity for the project. Minas Wind Farm

Eurus Energy America Corporation (“EURUS”) and Akuo Energy SAS (“AKUO”) are pleased to announce that Eurus has acquired a 43.5% ownership interest in the Minas Wind Farm Project, a 42 MW wind farm located in Lavalleja, Uruguay being developed by Akuo through its subsidiary Generacion Eolica Minas S.A., (“GEMSA”).
