Lisa Detig
Development Counsel
Lisa Detig joined Eurus Energy in May 2008. Ms. Detig provides counsel and services to the Eurus development team and management on legal issues impacting Eurus’ development of and investment in utility scale renewable energy projects. Ms. Detig structures and negotiates acquisition, interconnection, power purchase, financing, EPC, operation, development joint venture and other transactions for Eurus Energy’s solar and wind power projects. Ms. Detig also monitors and advises Eurus on a variety of related development topics, including transmission and interconnection procedures, regulatory matters, insurance, proposal responses, and corporate entity structuring.
Prior to joining Eurus, Ms. Detig worked as a project finance and real estate attorney at Latham & Watkins LLP.While at Latham & Watkins, Ms. Detig provided legal representation to clients in connection with the development, finance and structure of energy and gaming projects as well as large commercial real estate acquisitions, financings and joint ventures.
Ms. Detig graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maryland with Business Honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She earned her law degree from the UCLA School of Law and is a member of the State Bar of California.
