Anthony Cresap
Real Estate Counsel
Mr. Cresap is actively involved in the development process for Eurus’s solar and wind farms, with a particular emphasis on real estate, permitting, environmental law, and contractual representation. He also works on general legal compliance matters.
Mr. Cresap joined Eurus in 2007, bringing more than 15 years of experience as a land use attorney and planner and a substantial working knowledge of project development and public agency operating processes. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. In his experiences, Mr. Cresap has played a substantial role in many complex development projects, including several large-scale public utility and industrial development projects.
Mr. Cresap received his law degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School (emphasizing public and environmental law), a B.A. from Columbia University (majoring in geography and environmental planning), and studied geography, planning and economics at the London School of Economics, U.K.
